Job SummaryWe are looking for a Technical Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations at the site. The role involves supervising technical staff, ensuring smooth functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire systems, and maintaining safety and service standards.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)- Supervise and coordinate technical teams including Electricians, Plumbers, HVAC Technicians, and Firemen
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire & Safety systems
- Handle breakdowns, faults, and emergency situations effectively
- Assign daily tasks and monitor work quality and timelines
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and statutory norms
- Coordinate with vendors and external service providers
- Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and reports
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems
- Support site audits and client requirements
- Train and guide technicians on best practices and safety
Technical Knowledge Required- Electrical systems (Panels, MCB, MCCB, RCCB, Motors)
- Plumbing systems (Water supply, drainage, pumps)
- HVAC systems (Split, VRV/VRF basic working knowledge)
- Fire fighting systems (Fire extinguishers, hydrants, alarms)
- Preventive & breakdown maintenance
- Basic understanding of DG, UPS, and BMS (preferred)
Skills & Competencies- Strong team handling and supervision skills
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
- Knowledge of safety procedures and emergency handling
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, reporting)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required
Educational Qualification- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant trade
- (Education flexible for candidates with strong hands-on experience)
