We are hiring a Technical Supervisor & BMS Operator on Third Party Payroll to join our Facilities team.
Location: Gurugram
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day technical operations of the facility.
- Monitor and operate the CCTV and Access control system.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, UPS, and other MEP systems.
- Respond to BMS alarms, coordinate breakdown maintenance, and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage vendors, contractors, and maintenance activities.
- Maintain technical documentation, shift logs, and maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Eligibility
- Diploma/bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (or equivalent).
- 4–7 years of experience in technical facility management and BMS operations within commercial buildings.
- Good knowledge of MEP systems, BMS, and preventive maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
Preference
- Candidates with prior experience working in DLF commercial buildings will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
