Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Technical Staff located in Madurai. The role involves providing technical support, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, analyzing technical requirements, and delivering effective solutions. Responsibilities also include collaborating with team members, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the efficient execution of projects.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to solve problems and interpret technical information
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams and engage with clients
• Experience in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to address and resolve issues
• Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and maintain professional relationships
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to project needs
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant technical or engineering field
