Must-Have
- Proven experience implementing and scaling Backstage in an enterprise setting (plugins, scaffolder, catalog, custom integrations)
- Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and React (Backstage core stack).
- Solid understanding of DevOps pipelines, CI/CD concepts, and tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Familiarity with developer workflows, platform engineering concepts, and Internal Developer Platforms.
- Knowledge of integrating third-party tools like,
- Observability: Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, Dynatrace
- Code Quality & Security: SonarQube
- Service catalogs, APIs, repositories
