Position: Technical Specialist – Server

Experience: Minimum 7 Years (Linux + Windows Server)

Location: Bhopal

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Specialist – Server to manage and support enterprise server environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Linux and Windows server administration along with hands-on experience in modern platforms like OpenShift, OpenStack, and automation tools like Ansible.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and administer Linux and Windows server environments.

Work extensively on Red Hat Linux, OpenShift, OpenStack, and Ansible.

Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for server hardware and OS-related issues.

Monitor system logs, alerts, and critical events for proactive issue resolution.

Optimize OS parameters for performance tuning and stability.

Handle installation, reinstallation, patching, and change management of servers.

Coordinate with OEMs for hardware support and SLA adherence.

Support application teams for OS-level configurations and dependencies.

Monitor server performance, utilization, and capacity planning.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong expertise in Linux (Red Hat preferred) and Windows Server Administration

Hands-on experience with OpenShift, OpenStack, and Ansible

Experience in handling multi-vendor server hardware environments

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Knowledge of virtualization and enterprise infrastructure environments

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech / MCA

Certifications:

• MCSE / RHCE or equivalent (Mandatory/Preferred)
