Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and identify qualified candidates for various technical roles using job portals, social platforms, internal databases, and networking.
  • Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit before sharing with recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
  • Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements, priorities, and hiring timelines.
  • Engage candidates through effective communication, ensuring a high-quality experience throughout the sourcing process.
  • Track and manage candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support coordination of interviews, assessments, and hiring activities as needed.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • 0.6 months to 3 years of experience in technical sourcing or IT recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of technical skills and job profiles (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, etc.).
  • Experience sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
