Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates for various technical roles using job portals, social platforms, internal databases, and networking.
- Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit before sharing with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements, priorities, and hiring timelines.
- Engage candidates through effective communication, ensuring a high-quality experience throughout the sourcing process.
- Track and manage candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support coordination of interviews, assessments, and hiring activities as needed.
Key Skills & Requirements
- 0.6 months to 3 years of experience in technical sourcing or IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of technical skills and job profiles (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, etc.).
- Experience sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
