Job Description

Jio is seeking applications from suitable candidates for the position of Technical Solutions Support. The role will support the centralized pre-sales and solution desk operations by handling daily technical queries and customer-centric solutions across ILL, MPLS, Broadband, Wi-Fi, IoT, Cloud, and telecom services. The position will be based at Navi Mumbai.

Education Required:

BE/ BTech

Experience Required:

2-5 years (must have at least 2 years of experience in Solutioning/ Techno-commercial/Presales roles for Enterprise clients)

Responsibilities:

1. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable telecom and digital solutions.

2. Support sales and field teams on daily product-related technical and commercial queries.

3. Propose & Design Technical solutions for:

  1. Internet Leased Line (ILL), MPLS Connectivity,
  2. Enterprise Wi-Fi Setup
  3. Broadband Solutions.
  4. IoT-based solutions
  5. Basic Cloud connectivity solutions

4. Prepare techno-commercial solution decks, customer proposals, and presentations.

5. Ensure timely resolution of field and customer escalation queries.

6. Assist in solution feasibility checks and basic network design discussions.

7. Support RFP/RFQ responses and solution documentation activities.

Skill Set:

1. Technologically Savvy, good understanding of emerging technologies in Telecom/IT space

2. Strong work experience in Network designing and Solutioning

Certifications:

CCNA, Cloud Fundamentals, or Networking certifications will be an added advantage.
