As a planning, execution, and monitoring tool, VisiLean allows you to define realistic plans by integrating with your project schedule and BIM models for live tracking of your project.
Role Description
VisiLean is looking for AEC professionals to join our growing Solutions Team – an amalgamation of Customer Support, Pre-sales, Marketing & Engineering departments. The primary role of this profile is to support the growth of VisiLean through effective product and industry market research, strategic alignment, and technical pre-sales, along with leading account growth by effective development of solutions for clients in this industry.
The primary driver of our Solution Specialists is their expertise in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Technology, encompassing the domains of project planning, execution practices, control strategies, and the digital tools and processes that enable these.
An essential aspect of your role is to work with people closely, both on the client front and with the VisiLean team internally. Your direct exposure to clients and their requirements will enable you to also work on the R&D of VisiLean, as well as develop literature such as workflow documents, case studies, and best practices.

Responsibilities
Product and Market Growth Support
• Conduct effective product and industry market research.
• Drive strategic alignment to support VisiLean's overall growth.
• Increasing brand visibility through marketing - participation in events, conferences, etc.
Technical Pre-Sales and Account Management
• Handle technical pre-sales activities including complete system demos and technical requirements assessment and documentation, followed by detailed solutioning.
• Lead account growth by developing tailored solutions for AEC clients.
• Focus on product and services up-sells across all Accounts.
Expertise-Driven Contributions
• Leverage deep knowledge in Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC), and Technology.
• Focus on project planning, execution practices, control strategies, and enabling digital tools/processes.
• Develop and share best practices, work processes, systems, and tools.
Collaboration and Client Engagement
• Work closely with clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Collaborate internally with Customer Support, Pre-sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
• Assisting Sales, Marketing, and Management with important content development, planning key events and strategies, etc.
R&D and Content Development
• Contribute to VisiLean's R&D based on client exposure and feedback.
• Develop supporting literature, including workflow documents, case studies, and best practices.
