Position Overview

As an Integration Solutions Engineer, you will driveboth revenueand customer success by advising our customers and partners on the technical aspects and the value of integrating with Autodesk Construction Cloud products. You will master technical messaging on our APIsandAutodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)Connect,our Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS), as well as help implement integrations for customers andmaintaincustomer and partner-facing technical documentation.

You will needto communicate effectively across multiple departments and customersand enjoy the challenges of workingona fast-pacedteamwithin an established and growing technology company.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales on key accounts to driverevenuewith technical messagingand clear value propositions for partner-built and custom integrations

  • Work with product and engineering leadership to analyze customers technical product requirements andassistin driving prioritization of API enhancements.

  • Support sales productivity and deal flow by securing the technical win

  • Provide coaching,professional development, andenablementtoSales, Consulting, and Partnersto enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills

  • Onboard and provide ongoing support to customers and software partners that usethe ACCConnectplatform

  • Understand customer use cases and map those to availableiPaaS workflows orpartner integrations

  • Work witha variety ofinternalR&D organizationteams to stay updated on all security and technical changes withAutodeskAECOproducts

  • Develop, templatize, customize and deploy integrations betweenAutodesk productsand third-party systems to solve complex customer workflows

  • Develop andmaintaincustomconnectorson ACC Connectusing available APIs

Minimum Qualification:

  • 3+ years of sales engineering or technical implementation experience in a SaaS organization

  • Excellent communication skills,both with customers and within an organization

  • Consistenttrack recordof successfully overcomingcustomerstechnical challenges

  • Experiencedefining, mapping,developingand implementingcritical document and data workflows for customers

  • Experience with enterprise SaaS vendors preferred

  • Bonus points for experience in the construction industry or construction technology

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experiencerequired, Computer Scienceis a plus

  • Technical knowledge of REST APIs and ability to write basic scriptsutilizingintegration platforms

  • Ability to help customers troubleshoot code written inlanguages such asJavaScript,Ruby,Python, Java, and C++/.NET

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Integration Platforms as a Service (iPaaS) such as Workato, Mulesoft, Boomi, Zapier, or Tray.io

  • Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or other construction technology platforms

  • Hands-on experience designing and deploying API-based integrations across cloud SaaS applications

  • Working knowledge of OAuth, webhooks, and common authentication/authorization frameworks

  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams in a pre-sales or post-sales environment

  • Ability to create or maintain technical documentation, playbooks, and customer-facing enablement material

  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience debugging integrations, APIs, and data workflows

  • Prior experience supporting enterprise customers, partners, or system integrators on technical issues

  • Understanding of construction-related workflows, project management tools, or field-based data processes (preferred but not mandatory)
