Technical Solutions Engineer, Infrastructure, Google Kubernetes Engine

Role Responsibilities

1. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure customer product readiness, availability, and scale.
2. Develop deep understanding of Google Cloud's technology and architecture by diagnosing and resolving customer-reported issues.
3. Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with internal teams like engineering and sales to resolve deployment obstacles.
4. Provide customer support globally, working across time zones and potentially during non-standard hours, including weekends.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
2. 4 years of experience in coding, system design, or troubleshooting technical issues.
3. 4 years of experience with Web Tech, Networking, Infrastructure, Containerization, or Linux.
4. Ability to communicate fluently in English in a customer-facing role.
