Ideal Candidate
You are a technically grounded, execution-focused leader who thrives at the intersection of engineering and real-world operations. You are equally comfortable in front of a customer as you are deep in system architecture discussions with engineers.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Technical Point of Contact for customers, ensuring seamless demonstrations, integration, and operational deployment of Digantara's systems.
- Translate operational challenges into engineering requirements and work with Digantara's product and R&D teams to drive rapid solution adaptation and iteration.
- Capture feedback and insights from demonstrations and deployments to shape product evolution and roadmap.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues in the field and provide rapid, reliable fixes.
- Drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Product, and Strategy, ensuring end-to-end delivery aligned with mission objectives and customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
- Proven experience in deploying and supporting mission-critical systems (preferably in aerospace, defence, or space-tech domains).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Strong communication skills, capable of interfacing directly with both operational users and senior strategic stakeholders.
- Ability to work in dynamic, high-pressure environments with government and defence stakeholders.
- Build technical documentation, presentations, and proposal builds to support customer requirements
Preferred Qualities
- Demonstrated experience in Systems Engineering, Hardware Engineering, or Astrodynamics, with exposure to end-to-end system lifecycle considerations.
- Prior involvement in satellite development, payload integration, or space mission execution.
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles, particularly within defence or sovereign capability programs.
