Summary:
We are seeking exceptional Solution Architects to define and drive strategies that integrate intelligent automation and autonomous systems into our core architecture. You will set the standard for scalable, secure, and innovative solutions, establishing the foundational frameworks for advanced AI and agentic development across our global organization. Key Responsibilities (Must have):
- 18+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-scale distributed software architectures
- Extensive experience designing and implementing microservices architectures
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and API design patterns
- Advanced expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration strategies
- Expert in designing integration architectures using API gateways, ESB platforms, message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus), event streaming, and real-time data synchronization patterns
- Proficiency across multiple languages (C#/.NET, C++, Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, Rust)
- Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, agentic systems, and vector databases; ensuring governance, security, and cost control
- Expert in CI/CD pipeline architecture and deployment strategies (blue-green, canary, progressive delivery)
Preferred/Recommended Skills:
- Open-Source Leadership: Active contributor or maintainer of significant open-source projects
- Emerging Technologies: Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, AI/ML integration, edge computing, or IoT architecture
- Multi-Industry Experience: Background across retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, or supply chain domains
- Certifications: Enterprise architecture certifications (TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP Solutions Architect Professional, Certified Kubernetes Administrator)
