Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solution Architect with deep expertise in Python or .NET technologies to lead solution architecture, technical consulting, and enterprise application modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and clients to design scalable, secure, cloud-native, and high-performance solutions that address complex business challenges.

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for defining technology roadmaps, architecting enterprise-grade applications, driving technical excellence, and supporting pre-sales engagements while ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Design and architect scalable, secure, and highly available enterprise applications using Python or .NET technologies.

• Define end-to-end solution architectures covering application, integration, data, security, infrastructure, and cloud components.

• Lead application modernization initiatives, including migration from legacy platforms to cloud-native architectures.

• Establish architecture standards, design principles, and governance frameworks across projects.

• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.

Technical Leadership

• Mentor engineering teams and provide hands-on technical leadership across multiple programs.

• Drive adoption of best practices in software architecture, design patterns, coding standards, and DevOps.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend appropriate technology stacks based on business needs.

• Lead technical discussions, solution reviews, and architecture workshops with clients and internal teams.

• Resolve complex technical challenges related to scalability, performance, security, and integration.

Cloud & Modern Application Development

• Architect cloud-native and microservices-based solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Design event-driven, distributed, and API-first architectures.

• Implement containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Define CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation strategies.

• Drive cloud migration and application transformation initiatives.

Pre-Sales & Customer Engagement

• Participate in client discovery sessions and technical solution workshops.

• Collaborate with sales teams to develop solution proposals and effort estimations.

• Support RFP/RFI responses, architecture presentations, and technical demonstrations.

• Create solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.

• Present technical solutions to enterprise architects, technology leaders, and executive stakeholders.

Enterprise Integration & Security

• Design secure integration architectures using REST APIs, GraphQL, Event Streaming, and Messaging Platforms.

• Define enterprise security frameworks including authentication, authorization, encryption, and compliance requirements.

• Ensure solutions comply with industry security standards and governance practices.

Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.

Expertise in API Management, Integration Patterns, and Security Architecture.

Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.

Experience in Application Modernization and Cloud Migration programs.

Soft Skills

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor engineering organizations.

Preferred Qualifications

10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3+ years in Solution Architecture roles.

Experience delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.

Strong background in IT Services, Product Engineering, or Consulting organizations.

Experience supporting pre-sales activities, RFP responses, and technical solutioning.

Cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Professional Architect are highly preferred.

TOGAF, SAFe, or Enterprise Architecture certifications are an added advantage.
