Role Context:
We are seeking a senior Technical Solution Architect who will serve as a customer-facing technical leader, owning the end-to-end architecture for solutions built on the Innovative platform.
Core Purpose:
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable and robust technical architectures
- Design and implement enterprise-grade integrations and cloud-native solutions
- Ensure high performance, reliability, and security across all solution components
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design integrations with enterprise systems such as SAP, IBM Maximo, and Oracle EAM
- Define and implement APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven solutions
- Establish security frameworks including OAuth, SAML, and identity/access management
- Lead architecture discussions, workshops, and solutioning sessions with CIO/CTO-level stakeholders
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure alignment with architecture standards
- Drive best practices in scalability, performance optimization, and system reliability
- Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle—from design to deployment
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in enterprise architecture and system integration
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Deep understanding of API design, microservices architecture, and distributed systems
- Experience with enterprise applications such as SAP, IBM Maximo, or Oracle EAM
- Strong knowledge of security protocols (OAuth, SAML, JWT, etc.)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in enterprise SaaS or digital transformation programs
- TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification
- Exposure to mobile-first or industrial solutions (preferred for Innovative context)
- Proven ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders
