Position Title
Technical Services Manager – Foundation Engineering Expert
Position Summar
- Provide technical leadership in foundation and geotechnical engineering for industrial, infrastructure, and EPC projects
- Review soil investigation reports, foundation designs, piling works, ground improvement solutions, and construction methodologies
- Support bidding, project execution, and troubleshooting of complex foundation-related issues while ensuring compliance with engineering standards
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project teams to deliver safe, cost-effective, and technically optimized foundation solutions
Required Qualificatio
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory
- M.E./M.Tech in Geotechnical Engineering / Foundation Engineering (Preferred
- Professional certifications in Geotechnical, Structural, or Project Management disciplines will be an added advantag
Experien
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in foundation engineering and geotechnical work
- .Experience in industrial plants, ports, marine structures, cement plants, power plants, infrastructure, EPC, and heavy civil projects preferre
- Proven experience in pile foundations, raft foundations, machine foundations, retaining structures, and underground constructio
Technical Skil
- Strong understanding of soil mechanics, geotechnical engineering, and foundation system
- Expertise in interpreting geotechnical investigation report
- Knowledge of IS Codes, international standards, and engineering best practice
- Familiarity with foundation design software and engineering analysis tool
- Ability to evaluate construction methodologies and resolve site-related technical challenge
