After Sales Service Responsibilities

• Site Inspection: Responsible for providing service by conducting site inspections for customers
• Construction Quality Testing: Supervise the construction quality testing of cement and concrete
• Complaint Management: Receive and analyze quality-related complaints, ensuring proper redressal to enhance customer satisfaction
• Sales Support: Support the Sales Team network in business enhancement

Lead Generation & Event Execution

• Lead Generation: Responsible for generating leads from IHB (Influencer, Home Builders) and other influencers
• Event Execution: Execute requisite activities such as:
• Mason meet
• IHB meet
• Contractor meets
• Mason mela
• Counter meets
• Consumer camps
• All activities executed per budget in close coordination with the sales team

Market Engagement & Intelligence

• Influencer Engagement: Actively engage with influencers to drive brand presence and sales
• Market Information Gathering: Collect market insights regarding:
• Quality feedback
• MTC (Material Test Certificates)
• Services provided
• Activities conducted by competitor brands
