Job Description

  • 10+ years of experience in production operations / service management / technical operations / SRE-adjacent roles in enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity supporting a custom-built eCommerce platform in a distributed environment.
  • Strong technical understanding of Java microservices architecture, API management, Event streaming/messaging using Kafka, Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps / Service Bus / Event Grid / etc.), ESB concepts (routing, transformation, orchestration, canonical models).
  • Proven capability running:
  • Incident management (P1/P2), SWAT calls, stakeholder comms.
  • Problem management and driving RCAs to closure
  • SOP/runbook authoring and operational governance.
  • Strong understanding of observability and ops practices:
  • Logs/metrics/traces, alerting hygiene, dashboards, error budgets.
