Job Description
Objective
To coordinate all the site application & training function of the Region for Fosroc India, supporting the business
in terms of developing applicator skills, training and engagement/retention strategy. This is a key strategic role
for Fosroc regions, supporting the management in terms of Technical strategy execution, Billing, support,
Quality and enhancing the company as a preferred choice amongst Opinion makers and Customers through
innovative Constructive solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all technical and application aspects before-during and post application in his territory
¨ Help on Sample application and site testing wherever required
¨ Be the custodian of all FES testing Equipment at the site level.
¨ Co-ordinate, attend and record all periodic meetings between site in-charge and site engineer from client side along with applicator teams. Send MOMs to contract manager, RTSMs/CTSM.
¨ Ensure the implementation of all application steps, procedures and site audits as instructed by RTSMs
¨ Ensure accurate measurement of product applied at site and quantity of material consumed, report the variances of material consumption to RTSMs and the applicators.
¨ Make periodic reports weekly and monthly and check all RA bills. Also assist RTSMs and CTSMs and contract managers in closers for consumption of material and reconciliation.
¨ Keep record of all sites in his regions.
¨ Keep a tab and report on competitor activities in other part of the site(if any) and update it to Sales and RTSM's
¨ Report on any different product, which is applied at site by competitor.
¨ Training to applicator work force at sites.
¨ HSE & Application audit at different on-going sites
