Job Description

Lead and mentor a team of 30+ professionals while owning end-to-end delivery of integration projects from planning through go-live
Act as the primary point of contact for customer leadership and executive stakeholders, translating technical progress into clear business outcomes
Oversee integration architecture and solution design while identifying and mitigating delivery risks, dependencies, and scope creep
Manage escalations and drive seamless execution across development, testing, and transition to steady-state operations, ensuring all documentation and SLAs are in place

The Successful Applicant

A successful Technical Service Delivery Manager should have:

10-15 years of experience in delivery, program management, or consulting roles
Strong experience in system integrations (SaaS, HRIS, IAM, APIs)
Proven track record of managing large, cross-functional teams (20-30+)
Excellent stakeholder management skills, including CXO-level interaction
Strong understanding of integration architecture and data flows (how systems connect and exchange data)
Ability to manage complex programs in fast-paced, high-growth environments
