About The Role
We are looking for a Technical Content Writer who can create research-driven, SEO-optimized, and product-focused content for a global B2B SaaS audience.
In this role, you will work closely with product marketing, SEO, and growth teams to translate complex product capabilities, technical workflows, and market intelligence concepts into clear, authoritative, and high-performing content.
You will also leverage AI-powered tools and LLM workflows for research, outlining, and drafting, while maintaining strong editorial quality, factual accuracy, and brand consistency.
This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, organic growth, and thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Technical and Product Content Creation:
- Create high-quality content including: Product feature pages, Solution and use case pages, SEO blogs and long-form guides, Case studies and customer success stories, Product comparison pages, Whitepapers and thought leadership content.
- Translate technical capabilities into clear business value.
- Maintain strong editorial standards, clarity, and consistency.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Jasper for research and drafting with proper human review.
Research And Product Understanding
- Develop a strong understanding of product architecture, features, and workflows.
- Work with product managers and product marketing teams to create accurate and insight-driven content.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and enterprise SaaS topics.
- Stay updated with AI, LLM, RAG, and evolving search trends.
- Identify and map product capabilities to relevant use cases and narratives.
SEO, AEO/GEO And Organic Growth
- Conduct keyword, entity, and topic research that supports both classic SEO and AI Overviews/GEO strategies.
- Create and optimize content aligned with search intent.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices including metadata, structure, and internal linking.
- Build and manage content clusters using silo structures.
- Optimize content for featured snippets and SERP visibility.
- Ensure content aligns with Google E-E-A-T guidelines.
- Continuously update and improve existing content.
AI-Driven Content Optimization
- Create content structured for AI-driven discovery (such as FAQs, How-to formats, Clear, extractable explanations).
- Ensure factual accuracy and consistency for better performance in AI-generated results.
- Adapt content for evolving search experiences including AI Overviews.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with SEO, product, marketing, and design teams.
- Contribute to product positioning and messaging.
- Support campaigns, product launches, and growth initiatives.
Content Strategy And Performance
- Identify content gaps across TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU stages.
- Track performance using SEO and analytics tools.
- Optimize content based on data, user behavior, and search trends.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS content writing.
- Strong ability to write technical, research-driven, and SEO-focused content.
- Experience creating product-led and use case driven content.
- Understanding of SaaS concepts such as APIs, workflows, or data platforms.
- Strong research, analytical, and storytelling skills.
- Excellent writing, editing, and grammar skills.
- Ability to simplify complex topics for business audiences.
- Experience collaborating with product or marketing teams.
- Portfolio of relevant content.
