Technical SEO & Web Support Specialist

Hybrid – T-Hub Office in Hyderabad, India 

Full time – Independent Contractor Role

You know how to fix and troubleshoot technical issues across WordPress, Shopify and BigCommerce, manage hosting and domains, support website updates, and assist SEO teams with the technical implementation work that keeps campaigns moving.

DUNK is looking for a Technical SEO & Web Support Specialist to support our growing SEO division across website support, technical SEO implementation, hosting management, and general digital operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working across websites and systems, and supporting account managers through reliable technical execution.

What you will be doing

You will support the SEO division across:

• Technical SEO implementation, 
• Website development support, 
• Hosting and email troubleshooting, 
• Operational execution, 
• General technical assistance.

You will work closely with:

• SEO Account Managers;
• Website Developers; and
• Leadership teams 

You will ensure websites, campaigns, and technical deliverables are executed efficiently and accurately via a set monthly workload. This role focuses heavily on technical support and implementation rather than strategy ownership.

You will contribute to maintaining website health, improving workflow efficiency, and supporting scalable delivery systems as the SEO division continues to grow.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support SEO Account Managers with technical implementation tasks.
• Assist with basic website coding and content updates across CMS platforms.
• Troubleshoot website issues, plugin conflicts, indexing and technical SEO errors.
• Implement on-page SEO updates including metadata, redirects and schema.
• Support technical SEO audits and implementation tasks.
• Maintain website backups, uptime monitoring, and general website maintenance.
• Coordinate with developers and third-party providers where required
• Assist with tracking setup, GA4, GSC, GTM, and related platforms.
• Perform QA checks across websites and SEO deliverables.
• Escalate technical issues, risks, or anomalies proactively.
• Support website migrations, domain management, DNS updates, and hosting.
• Support AI workflows and operational improvements across the company.
• Assist with email setup and troubleshooting across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, SMTP, DNS, MX records, and related systems.

What we are looking for:

You are technically minded, organised, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple websites and client accounts simultaneously.

You enjoy solving problems, learning new systems, and supporting high performance teams through strong technical execution and attention to detail.

You bring:

• 3+ years experience in website support, technical SEO, web development, or digital operations roles 
• Strong working knowledge of WordPress and common CMS platforms 
• Basic HTML, CSS, and website troubleshooting skills 
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and technical SEO principles 
• Experience managing hosting, domains, DNS records, and email configurations 
• Familiarity with Google Search Console, GA4, GTM, and SEO tools 
• Strong communication and coordination skills 
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities 
• Attention to detail and process discipline 
• Experience working inside agency environments preferred 
• Comfortable working collaboratively with remote teams 
• Interest in AI tools, automation, and scalable systems
