Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can confidently lead projects from the front, bring structure to complex technical work, and keep teams and stakeholders aligned. This role is for someone who goes beyond coordination—taking ownership, driving decisions, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully.

You will manage technical projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, work closely with global stakeholders, and guide teams through planning, execution, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead technical projects end to end, from initiation to closure
  • Drive delivery using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Adapt delivery approach based on project needs, including Hybrid models
  • Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear direction and updates
  • Proactively manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and issues
  • Lead Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives when applicable
  • Ensure strong project governance, documentation, and reporting
  • Collaborate closely with technology, business, and vendor teams
  • Communicate effectively with global stakeholders, across time zones and cultures
  • Be flexible to work in shift-based schedules as required by project needs

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

  • PMP certification (mandatory)
  • Scrum Master certification (mandatory)
  • Strong hands-on experience delivering projects using both Agile and Waterfall models
  • Experience managing technical or technology-enabled projects
  • Ability to lead from the front, take ownership, and drive execution
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with global / international stakeholders

 

Preferred / Good-to-Have Experience

  • Experience with Hybrid delivery models
  • Six Sigma certification or exposure to Lean methodologies
  • Knowledge of Process Excellence, Transformation, or Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Experience supporting governance setup, standardization, or operating model transitions
