Requirements
- Professional experience of 1-2 years in an Agile favoring organization.
- Scrum Master experience in an Agile favoring organization of at least one year.
- Solid understanding and working knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology, techniques, ceremonies, and frameworks.
- Good at System analysis, debugging, and problem-solving.
- Ready to work with stakeholders in multiple regions/countries.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
It Would Be Nice If You Had
- Scrum Master certification.
- Software engineering education or experience.
- E-commerce domain experience.
