Responsibilities

Strong in all Enterprise Java frameworks and hands on exposure in (J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, JMS, Web services, JavaScript libraries, Angular/React JS, HTML, CSS3, JQuery).
Be accountable for the end-to-end planning and execution of one or more projects and/or Agile teams.
Ask thoughtful questions to help our customers, product owners, and product managers to maximize ROI and meet company objectives.
Understand product strategy and benefits of key deliverables in his/her area of responsibility
Facilitate the team's Scrum ceremonies, i.e. Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, Backlog grooming.
Liaise with the Product Owner and the Business Analysts in order to ensure completeness and clarity of user stories and acceptance criteria.
Guiding the team on the Agile Scrum methodology in order to constantly improve the Scrum team's standards of work.
Managing relationships and communicating with the project sponsor, senior management and other project contributors
Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive those from idea to implementation.
Act as a change agent for the team.
Should have very clear understanding of the values and the whys behind those values to be able to coach the team around those.
Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in two or more technical areas to be able to develop and manage communications and interactions with end users.

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of total experience
Very Good experience in Product Development
5+ years as a scrum practitioner on scrum teams.
Experience in working onshore-offshore model/Global teams.
Deep knowledge of Agile framework (User Stories, Continuous Integration, TDD, Continuous Delivery, Pairing, Automated Testing)
Strong Coaching and people skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication / Interpersonal skill.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence and Sharpoint.
Experience in using Agile performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement
Work experience in Banking / Finance domain is a plus
Experience in Agile coaching, Enterprise Agile Transformation at Global organizations.

Background

8 to 12 Years of Industry experience with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field of Information Technology.
Preferred to have relevant Agile certifications (CSM, CSC, ASCM, PSM).
