Technical Scrum Master (DevOps)

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Stand ups Reviews and Retrospectives
• Coordinate with development DevOps infrastructure and business teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Track sprint progress manage risks dependencies and remove impediments impacting team productivity
• Drive adoption of DevOps practices and support CI CD pipeline implementation and release management
• Monitor and report team performance using project dashboards KPIs and delivery metrics
• Work with ServiceNow teams to automate workflows approvals incident change and request management processes
• Create and maintain operational dashboards and reports for stakeholders and leadership teams
• Ensure adherence to Agile DevOps and IT service management best practices
• Support IT audits security audits compliance assessments and evidence collection activities
• Track audit findings remediation actions and compliance requirements to closure
• Collaborate with security risk and compliance teams to ensure governance standards are maintained
• Facilitate change management and release planning activities across multiple teams
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and delivery quality
• Prepare project status reports RAID logs and executive level communications
• Support incident management problem management and post incident review processes
• Mentor teams on Agile methodologies Scrum framework and DevOps culture
