About the Role - Technical Screening Analyst / IT Resource Analyst (US IT Recruitment)
Location: Remote (India)
Shift: Night Shift – 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST (Aligned with US EST Timings)
Qualification: B.Tech (Computer Science) or MCA
Responsibilities
- Review & Evaluate Profiles: Assess US IT candidate profiles across multiple technology domains to match technical and project-specific requirements.
- Conduct Video Screenings: Interview and evaluate 8–9 US IT candidates daily, focusing on technical depth, communication, and overall problem-solving ability.
- Prepare Evaluation Reports: Create crisp case studies highlighting each candidate's strengths, key technologies, and suitability for designated US roles.
- Present Candidates: Communicate your findings clearly to project, delivery, or SOW leaders—explaining why a candidate fits the role.
- Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with US IT recruiters, delivery teams, and leadership to ensure only high-quality submissions reach US clients.
Qualifications
- Mandatory: B.Tech (Computer Science) or MCA
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in US IT recruitment, technical screening, or IT resource quality control
- Strong understanding of software technologies, development lifecycles, and core IT roles
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation abilities
- Objective evaluation mindset with the ability to present findings clearly
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of software technologies, development lifecycles, and core IT roles
- Strong knowledge of US IT recruitment processes (W2/C2C/1099 familiarity preferred)

- Ability to screen and evaluate US market candidates effectively
