Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Sales Support Specialist, with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include assisting the sales team and customers with technical resources, providing consultations to clients, managing sales operations, and ensuring effective communication between technical teams and customers. Additional tasks involve resolving technical inquiries and delivering excellent customer service to support pre- and post-sales activities.
Location: Delhi or NCR
Salary Rs.12,000 fixed and Rs 6000 Variable plus incentive
Qualifications
- Technical Sales Support and Technical Support skills to assist in resolving customer queries and providing resourceful technical solutions
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to collaborate with clients and ensure an excellent customer experience
- Experience with Sales Operations to streamline processes and enhance sales effectiveness
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with minimal supervision
- Diploma or Bachelor's or 10th with experience
- Familiarity in business promotion
