Job Description

We are hiring Technical Sales Support Engineer

Job Description:

  • Technical Sales Support:Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team during the sales process.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, and propose appropriate technical solutions.
  • Solution Development:Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to develop customized solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Analyze customer requirements and design technical solutions that align with product capabilities.
  • Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaboration:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop technical content for sales collateral, including brochures, case studies, and white papers.
  • Work with product management to provide customer feedback and insights for product improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.

Experince:Fresher or 1-2 yrs.

Job type-Full time. On-site
