Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales & Support Engineer located in Ahmedabad. The role entails providing technical sales support to customers, managing sales operations, delivering technical advice, and ensuring client satisfaction. The candidate will also analyze customer needs, present suitable solutions, and assist in the installation and troubleshooting of technical equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience in Technical Sales and Technical Sales Support
- Proficiency in providing Technical Support and resolving technical issues
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess customer requirements and offer tailored solutions
- Understanding of Sales Operations and ability to manage the end-to-end sales process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal teams
- Familiarity with RF and Microwave technologies, connectors, and simulation software
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field
- Experience in working with research, defense, or educational organizations is a plus
