Job Description

Location

  • Mexico (LATAM regional coverage and technical support in Cananda and USA)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development activities for diagnostic and medical technology solutions across LATAM.
  • Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), public institutions, laboratories, hospitals, and private healthcare stakeholders.
  • Support distributors and customers with technical and commercial presentations, product demonstrations, and training activities.
  • Drive market access initiatives and support country-level commercialization strategies.
  • Coordinate and support regulatory compliance and product registration processes across Latin American countries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, regulatory affairs, marketing, and technical support.
  • Participate in regional conferences, workshops, and scientific meetings to promote company technologies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
  • Prepare business reports, forecasts, and strategic development plans for the region.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Medical Technology, Radiology, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or application support within the healthcare or diagnostics industry.
  • Good knowledge of:
  • Radiology solutions
  • Digital pathology
  • Molecular biology
  • Medical devices
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and product registration processes in LATAM countries is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of public and private healthcare systems within Latin America.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with KOLs, distributors, and healthcare decision-makers.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent English and Spanish required (written and spoken).
  • Availability to travel frequently across LATAM.
