What We're Looking For

Proven experience selling technical products, components, equipment, or engineered solutions within the marine, oil & gas, offshore, shipbuilding, or related industrial sectors.
Background in internal sales, technical sales, account management, business development, or external sales roles.
A technical qualification is an advantage, but hands-on product knowledge, curiosity, and the ability to understand customer applications are equally valued.
Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging with engineers, procurement teams, contractors, distributors, and end users.
Self-driven, commercially minded, and comfortable working with a high degree of trust and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage customer relationships across Singapore and selected regional markets.
Identify opportunities to offer customers stronger technical or commercial solutions.
Engage directly with customers to understand their applications, specifications, and project needs.
Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and management teams to progress opportunities efficiently.
Contribute to shaping market strategy, with the opportunity to influence business growth direction rather than follow a fixed territory plan.
