Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Sales Representative located in New Delhi, with some flexibility for remote work. In this role, you will engage directly with potential and existing clients to understand their needs, recommend customized solutions, and drive sales objectives. Responsibilities will include managing the sales process, fostering client relationships, providing technical support, and delivering training to clients regarding the use and maintenance of CRD's products. Additionally, you will coordinate with the internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Technical Sales and Sales, with a track record of successfully achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Experience in conducting Training sessions and providing product demonstrations to clients.
  • Knowledge of commercial kitchen systems or related industries is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working both independently and in team settings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
