Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Software Sales Manager to lead B2B sales initiatives for our HR Tech solutions in the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software sales, with a preference for experience in HR tech or related SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth by targeting mid to large enterprises in the Delhi NCR region.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers (HR Heads, CHROs, CIOs, etc.) through strategic outreach and relationship-building.
  • Present and demonstrate HR Tech products effectively to prospective clients, focusing on business value and ROI.
  • Develop and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly update CRM systems.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Attend HR tech events, conferences, and client meetings as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5 to 10 years of proven experience in software/technology sales; HR Tech or SaaS sales experience is strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of the enterprise sales process and B2B buying behavior.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and sales automation platforms.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR.
