This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Manager based in Ahmedabad. The responsibilities include managing technical sales processes, maintaining strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing technical support. The candidate will also oversee account management activities, identify sales opportunities, and promote company products to meet and exceed business objectives.

• Technical Sales and Sales expertise with the ability to drive revenue and meet targets
• Proficiency in Account Management and fostering long-term client relationships
• Technical Support experience to address and resolve customer queries effectively
• Strong Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
