Role

Responsible for driving technical sales and business development of modular MEP support systems and DFMA solutions across data centres, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new project opportunities and customers.

• Engage with MEP consultants, PMCs, EPCs, MEP contractors and end clients.

• Promote modular support systems and DFMA-based solutions.

• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations and value-engineering proposals.

• Understand project drawings, specifications, BOQs and MEP requirements.

• Develop technical-commercial proposals and support order conversion.

• Coordinate with engineering, estimation, BIM and project teams.

• Track projects from design/specification stage through tender and order closure.

• Develop and maintain strong customer and consultant relationships.

Requirements

• Engineering degree – Mechanical / Civil / Structural or any other bachelors degree relevant Industrial experience.

• 5–7years in technical sales, MEP, modular construction, supports, prefabrication or DFMA.

• Strong understanding of MEP systems and engineering drawings.

• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.

• Proven ability to develop projects and convert technical opportunities into orders.

• Data centre / industrial project experience preferred.
