Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Technical Sales Manager. The role involves identifying and establishing client relationships, presenting and promoting products or solutions, and driving sales to achieve targets. The Technical Sales Manager will manage customer accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, and provide technical expertise and support to clients. The candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft tailored solutions for clients unique cybersecurity needs while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Technical Sales and Sales, with the ability to present and sell technical solutions effectively.
  • Proficiency in Account Management and building long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong Technical Support and Customer Service skills to address client inquiries and provide effective solutions.
  • Capability to demonstrate effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions, IT infrastructure, and industry trends is a plus.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a team-oriented environment.
