Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Technical Sales Manager. The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of technical solutions, fostering relationships with clients, managing accounts, providing technical support, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires proactive engagement with potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, and contributing to the development of sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales methodologies, including the ability to identify new business opportunities and meet sales targets
- Experience in Account Management and building long-term relationships with clients
- Ability to offer Technical Support and communicate complex product information effectively
- Strong skills in Customer Service, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving inquiries efficiently
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Prior experience in the lightning protection or earthing solutions industry is an advantage
