The Technical Sales Manager will focus on generating demand for international data services in the region and globally, building capability for potential managed network services and solutions for service providers and MNCs, while leveraging PH infrastructure as well for pull-through revenues.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Tech Sales Manager, acting as the main point of contact for premier clients, building strong partnerships with C-suite executives, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Revenue Growth & Retention: Achieving specific revenue targets, reducing churn, and maximizing the lifetime value of accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Customer Advocacy & Coordination: Collaborating with internal teams (product development, customer success, marketing) to ensure the technology solutions meet the client's specific, customized needs.
- Strategic Planning: Developing joint business plans with top clients and creating tailored service strategies.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolving high-priority issues effectively and promptly to maintain high levels of trust.
- Account Planning & Analysis: Reporting on account health, tracking KPIs, and studying client data to improve customer relationship management.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Generally requires 5 -8 years of experience in carrier sales, account management, or technical B2B environments.
- Technical Understanding: Knowledge in subsea cable systems and network services. Ability to understand and articulate complex technology products or services.
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal skills to manage both internal stakeholders and external senior executives.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the ability to interpret data to forecast sales and develop strategies.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is typically required
