Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Sales Head to lead our technical sales operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.

The Technical Sales Head will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic technical sales initiatives, managing key client relationships, leading the sales team, and providing technical expertise in Electrical/Electronics-based solutions. The role requires a strong blend of technical knowledge and sales leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement technical sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities in Electrical and Electronics domains
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the technical sales team
  • Understand client technical requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions
  • Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams for seamless project execution
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering
  • Proven experience in Technical Sales or Sales Leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of Electrical/Electronic products and solutions
  • Expertise in market research, technical proposal development, and client acquisition
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work strategically and drive business expansion
  • Result-oriented mindset with strong analytical abilities
