Vin Group, based in New Delhi, India, is a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality additives for the plastic and rubber industries. We supply a diverse range of products including desiccants, maleic anhydride and GMA grafted polymers, predispersions of rubber chemicals, processing aids, purging compounds, and other specialized additives.

 

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development & Lead Generation

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned geography — spanning industrial, infrastructure, and construction segments.

• Build and leverage a strong industry network to generate qualified leads for PVC pipes, masterbatch, and specialty additives.

• Map potential clients, evaluate market gaps, and present tailored product solutions to meet specific application requirements.

• Conduct regular structured client visits to existing accounts and new prospects, ensuring a high frequency of engagement.

•  Provide technical guidance on product selection, specifications, and compliance with relevant BIS/ASTM/ISO standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.), Science (B.Sc), or equivalent discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in industrial / B2B product sales.

• Demonstrated exposure to product categories such as PVC pipes, masterbatch, specialty additives

• Proven ability to build and leverage a client network to generate sustainable business pipelines.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; regional language proficiency is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset — ability to understand client applications and recommend appropriate solutions.

Other Requirements

• Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for regular client visits across the designated territory.

• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned region as required by business needs.
