Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Techno-Commercial Executive to drive the growth of our ALC Wall Panel business. The role combines technical project execution, client relationship management, and business development to ensure successful project delivery and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of wall panel supply and installation projects.
- Coordinate with production, sales, contractors, and clients for timely delivery.
- Monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with safety and product standards.
- Identify new business opportunities and support revenue growth.
- Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, builders, and contractors.
- Resolve technical and post-sales queries while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct technical presentations and support project planning and scheduling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction materials or project execution.
- Strong knowledge of techno-commercial sales, project management, and client communication.
- Excellent planning, negotiation, and on-site coordination skills.
