Role Description

Rubik Infotech Pvt Ltd. is seeking a Technical Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site position at its Ahmedabad location. The Technical Sales Executive will identify and build relationships with potential clients, understand their IT needs, and propose appropriate technology solutions. This role requires networking with clients, developing sales strategies, conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the role includes maintaining existing client relationships and participating in market research to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to strategize and close deals effectively
  • Knowledge of IT solutions such as Information Security (e.g., gateway security, encryption, data leakage protection), IT Infrastructure (e.g., backup solutions, enterprise mobility management), and Virtualization (e.g., desktop virtualization, server consolidation)
  • Technical understanding of Enterprise Networking, Firewall, VPN Solutions, Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems, and secured messaging services
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering tailored client solutions
  • Experience in IT sales or related roles is preferred, with a proven track record of meeting sales goals
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred)
