Job Description

Role: Technical Sales Executive – Enterprise Solutions & Strategic Accounts

Experience: 1-3 Years

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India

Work Mode: 5 days WFO

Skills Required:

· 1–3 years of experience in Technical Sales, Business Development, Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, Customer Success, or Engineering Consulting roles.

· Exposure to customer-facing engagements, solution presentations, and business development activities.

· Experience in construction technology, engineering software, enterprise platforms, SaaS solutions, or digital transformation initiatives will be preferred.

Functional Skills

· Strong consultative selling and business development capabilities.

· Ability to understand engineering workflows, construction processes, and technology solutions.

· Understanding of digital platforms, analytics, automation, project management systems, and enterprise applications.

· Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms will be an advantage.

· Basic understanding of proposal management, commercial discussions, and opportunity management.

· Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline.

Preferred Background

· Civil Engineering degree with an interest in technology, business development, and enterprise sales.

· Exposure to Infrastructure, Construction, Energy, Airports, Ports, Manufacturing, Industrial Projects, or Smart Cities.

· Familiarity with BIM, Construction Management Platforms, Digital Engineering, Project Controls, Analytics, or AI-enabled business solutions will be an added advantage.
