Technical Sales Executive (Electronics)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Technical Sales Executive (Electronics)

to drive sales and growth of the Development Board category, with a key focus on the Arduino brand. The role involves managing PAN India customers, analyzing sales data, generating qualified leads, and building strong customer relationships through regular interactions and visits.

Experience: 3–4 years of experience in electronics / embedded / hardware sales or product role

Educational Qualification: Diploma/B. E/ B. Tech –Electronics, Electrical, Electronics & Tele-Communication, Mechanical, IT.

CTC & Salary Range: Competitive salary as per industry standards, along with PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Health Insurance, and performance-based incentives. 

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Growth

  • Drive revenue growth for Development Boards, especially Arduino product lines
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Identify and convert high-potential leads into long-term business opportunities

Customer Management

  • Manage and expand PAN India B2B customer base including OEMs, system integrators, and educational institutions
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and retention

Market & Data Analysis

  • Analyse POS (Point of Sale) and sales data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights
  • Track competitor products, pricing strategies, and market positioning
  • Conduct regular customer meetings, visits, and follow-ups  

Product & Technical Support

  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers
  • Conduct product training sessions, webinars, and workshops
  • Assist customers in product selection and application understanding

Marketing & Strategy

  • Identify new market opportunities in IoT, Robotics, Automation, Embedded Systems, and Education sectors
  • Collaborate with digital marketing teams for lead generation campaigns
  • Contribute to product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with internal sales, product, and operations teams
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for product availability and updates
  • Provide feedback from customers to improve product offering

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to IoT, Embedded Systems, Robotics, or Automation domain
  • Experience in B2B sales environment
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and map them to products

Job Benefits:
