Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Executive located in Mumbai at Eamah Entrepreneur. The Technical Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales and customer relationship management, highlighting product features, understanding customer requirements, and providing technical assistance to clients.

Key skills

  • Excellent competence with Microsoft 365 (Word, Exel, Powerpoint and OneDrive is a must).
  • Technical Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills.
  • Ability to understand engineering concepts and highlight product features and understand customer requirements.
  • Technical assistance and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical production machinery is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, Business, or related field.
