Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Technical Sales Executive with 45 years of experience in B2B sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer technical requirements, proposing suitable solutions, and closing sales while coordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and meetings
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate technical solutions
  • Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product presentations
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical discussions with clients
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals
  • Coordinate with production, engineering, and dispatch teams for order execution
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop repeat business
  • Update CRM with leads, follow-ups, and sales status
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduation mandatory (Engineering background is an advantage)
  • 45 years of experience in technical or industrial sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand technical products and explain them to customers
  • Experience in B2B sales and project-based selling
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and CRM systems
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined
  • Willingness to work from office and attend client meetings when required
