Job Description

Key Responsibility:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing high-value deals.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and travel.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide performance reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Good to Have:

  • Educational Background:B.E./BTech
  • CRM Experience:Proficiency with CRM tools for managing client relationships and tracking sales.
  • Organizational Skills:Strong ability to manage multiple clients and sales processes simultaneously.
  • Exhibition Participation:Experience representing the company at industry exhibitions or events.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of technical solutions or products is beneficial.
  • Engineering Industry Experience: Experience in managing large clients in any industry, such as manufacturing, Civil,engineering, or software.
