Technical Sales Executive (Architectural Background Preferred)

This role is about more than selling products. It's about guiding developers, consultants, and contractors to make smarter choices for their projectswhether it's drainage, plumbing, fire safety, or advanced water management solutions.

What you will do

• Be the go-to person for architects, developers, and consultantshelp them find the right systems for their projects.
• Use your design knowledge to translate drawings into real solutions.
• Lead product demos, technical talks, and project presentations.
• Spot upcoming projects and open doors for new opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create smart proposals and win deals.
• Grow relationships that last beyond one project.

What we're looking for:

• Degree/diploma in Architecture (B.Arch or similar).
• 15 years of experience in design, construction, or project delivery.
• Strong communication and presentation skillsyou can talk to a site engineer and a CXO with equal confidence.
• Curiosity to learn sales, business development, and client management.
• A problem-solving mindset (because every project throws surprises).
