Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer located in Mumbai. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for understanding client technical requirements, delivering product demonstrations, and providing exceptional technical support. They will proactively identify business opportunities, prepare proposals, collaborate with the sales team, and maintain strong client relationships. Assisting in pre-sales and post-sales engineering demonstrations will also be a key part of the role.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering
  • Ability to provide hands-on Technical Support and troubleshoot client issues
  • Strong Communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Knowledge of sales processes and strategies, including lead generation and client relationship management
  • Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to meeting sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred
  • Industry experience in hydraulic tools or related machinery is a plus
