Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer based in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving technical sales, providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support, and identifying customer requirements. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, creating detailed technical proposals, building long-term client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction. Travel to client locations may be required for on-site support and networking purposes.

Products to be handled include Polymer Drying & Blending Systems, Chillers and Temperature Control Units, Granulators, Moisture Analysers, Machines for Windmill Blade Manufacturing & others

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering
• Proficiency in Technical Support and client issue resolution
• Strong interpersonal and Communication skills to foster client relationships
• Background in Sales with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Polymers/Mechanical/Production) is preferred
• Prior experience in capital machinery or relevant industrial sectors is a plus
• Should have worked with software platforms such as CRM, HRMS, Expense Management etc
